We’re adding new coworking locations in Sunnyside and Park Hill!

We’re super excited to annouce that Creative Density is growing and adding locations in two of Denver’s favorite and oldest neighborhoods – Sunnyside and Park Hill. We’re taking over eVelo’s coworking spaces, Park Hill Coworking and forty45, at the end of February and our community manager, Sophie, will start to be a familiar face.

With these new spaces, we aim to offer flexible and comfortable environments for businesses of all sizes. Whether you’re a solo entrepreneur, a growing startup, or an established team, our coworking areas will be designed to promote productivity and connection. The Office fitout Sydney approach, known for its emphasis on maximizing space and ensuring a seamless workflow, is something we’ve adopted to ensure that our Denver locations are just as dynamic and future-proof. As we welcome Sophie to both communities, we’re confident that these new spots will offer everything our members need to succeed.

A well-designed office interior plays a crucial role in fostering creativity and efficiency, and with our expansion into Sunnyside and Park Hill, we’re committed to providing thoughtfully curated workspaces that enhance both comfort and functionality. One of the key elements in optimizing office space is mezzanine flooring, which allows for multi-level work areas without the need for major renovations. By integrating this type of flooring, businesses can maximize their square footage, creating dedicated zones for collaboration, quiet work, and even relaxation. Friendly and Easy

Creative Density is known to be an awesome place for friends to come together and work in Uptown since 2011. We’re bringing that same approach and attitude to the new neighborhoods. We’ll be adding new community events like monthly Waffle bar Wednesdays, happy hours, and new design elements that will help members get to know each other. The changes will be subtle but have a big impact on how members interact with each other and the space.

All of our plans will be available month-to-month and all-inclusive. We always like it to be as easy as Netflix for signing up.

New offices and Hot Desks

In Park Hill, we’re adding 9 new individual offices and we’re enhancing the shared desk area with a more spacious layout for dedicated desks and hot desking.

In Sunnyside, we’re making a few adjustments so the floorplan meets the needs of professionals in the neighborhood. We’ll be adding two new offices for one or two people, rearranging the dedicated desk area, and making the space more comfortable and appealing for hot deskers in the neighborhoods.

Both locations will have fancy phone booths for people that need to take phone calls.

Upgraded and Easy to book Meeting Rooms

The two locations have beautiful meeting rooms. The Sunnyside location has a large boardroom for up to 20 people and a large presentation screen. It’s awesome and it’s never used. We’re going to change that and make it available for the public to use and easily book.

Park Hill is also getting an upgraded meeting room that will be easy to book for people that just need to bring the team together every once in awhile.

A podcasting and media studio will be added to Sunnyside in the next few months so people will have a new way to create.

The entire Creative Density team is excited to bring our neighborhood coworking style to Sunnside and Park Hill.  We are also excited about the new partnership between eVelo and their property development team. It’s a new joint venture style between an experinced coworking operator and a location property team that could bring coworking to new locations throughout the Denver region.

With the expansion of coworking spaces in Sunnyside and Park Hill, maintaining a clean and professional environment is more important than ever.
